Show #1, AMC’s Better Call Saul. Beginning Feb. 8th

The show filled the empty pit in our stomach once Breaking bad went off the air. Bob Odenkirk plays title character Saul Goodman and Mike Ehrmantraut will be returning even if briefly to the new shows. You’ll never get enough of this series.


 

Show #2 Fox’s Wayward Pines, Beginning May 14th

Starring Mat Dillon as a Secret Service agent looking into the disappearance of two federal agents in a small but very mysterious town in Idaho. Directed by M Night Shyamalan this one promises to keep you on the edge of your seat.


 

Show #3 BBC’s Wolf Hall, Beginning April 5th.

Damian Lewis a very busy man lately starring in a number of TV and movie hits is showing up in a new one this summer, as Henry VIII – was admired for his “heaps of kingly swagger” and “fearsome” portrayal of “a man with no doubt about his divine right to rule”.

Hero’s was the best thing on TV until it’s last two seasons when it sputtered to an end. Well now it is coming back with a literal vengeance. Some of the old cast will return in this new Syfi drama.


 

Show #7 Netflix Sense8, Beginning this fall.

The Wachowski siblings Andy and Lana who are best know for the creation of the Matrix. I guarantee this show will keep you on the edge of your seat and because it’s on Netflix you can sit down and watch the whole thing at once. That is if you have the time.


 

Show #8 Ballers HBO, Beginning this fall.

This Show stars Dwaine Johnson as a mentor to younger upcoming football stars. The show is billed as a comedy but I didn’t find it that funny. The entertainment value is there and learning a little about the darker side of football weather true or false is entertaining.


 

Show #9 Mr. Robot USA, Beginning this fall.

Starring Rami Malek Mr. Robot is a new series starting in June. He is a full-time computer engineer and a part-time vigilante Hacker. He’s then recruited by Christian Slater’s Mr Robot, the leader of a group of underground hackers, to take down the company he works for. Haven’t seen it yet but it is being touted as “The best show of the summer”


 

Show #10 Fear The Walking Dead AMC, Beginning this fall.

This show is the beginning or should I say the events that led to the walking dead. This is the show that prequels the Living Dead, one of the most popular tv shows on the air today. If your Jones-ing for some Zombies during the off-season here is where you’ll find them.
