Evidently a colleague of Liberty Chan a weather reporter decided she was not dressed appropriately to do the weather report. While on the air a hand with a sweater reached out and someone from off camera suggested she put it on. Burrous the semi off camera talent and semi talented anchor just happened to be the one to take things into his own hands, or should I say take the sweater in his own hand and and offer it to Chan. The news station services a very small market and audience so the amount of calls would have had to be minimal.

Who should be embarrassed? In my opinion Burros being simply an on air talent had no say in the matter and the producers if they had an issue should have said something long before Chan went on air. A dress like that might be more appropriate at a cocktail party then a weather report. As a viewer I would have all the rights in the world to write or call to offer my opinion but the fellow news man had no right to force his will upon a colleague. What could Chan have done other then throw the sweater at him and tell him to wear it? Yea, that’s what she should have done. Back at you Burrous.
