A disagreement began with a fight to the death over the TV remote and what TV Program to watch that evening. Evidently the woman was adamant about what show she wanted to watch and was willing to fight for it. After a bout of screaming and yelling she stabbed her boy friend to death. The incident occurred in the evening while a soap opera was playing on one channel and the man’s favorite football team was playing on the next.

The neighbors hearing the fight rushed over to help after they heard the man cry out, “Why did you stab me”? By the time they arrived though the woman had left the scene. The neighbors called the Police and quickly took the man to the hospital but it was too late and he eventually succumbed to his wounds.

The moral of the story is, if your girl friend wants to watch a soap opera, let her watch the soap opera and start looking for another TV.
